1st May 2009 Church Camp
Is peace somewhere over the rainbow??? Explore this question in an atmosphere of community and friendship. Camp commences on Friday evening and continues to Sunday. The venue is Landsdale School Farm, 80 Landsdale Rd, Landsdale.
3rd May 2009 NO SERVICE at the chapel
Instead you are welcome to join us at our camp communion service. Join us at 10:30am for morning tea, followed by a communion service at 11:00am. Then stay on for lunch. If you wish to stay for lunch please let Dennis Ryle know.
5th May 2009 The Future of Christianity
The Institute for Anglican Studies present 6 guest scholars who, in 6 sessions, will explore issues ralating to the future of Christianity. Sessions commence at 7:30 at St George's Cathedral. See Dennis for full details.

Church of Christ Wembley Downs has been part of the Perth Western Suburbs for over forty years. We refer to ourselves as 'The Platypus Church' in that we are made up of so many different parts that its hard to define exactly who we are.
Our vision is to be a journeying community who, in genuine faith and love, seek to reflect and express the mystery of the grace of God in Jesus Christ.

The Sacred Spaces ministry draws on a rich contemplative tradition from across the streams of Christianity to enable engagement with the challenges and opportunities of living deeply and fully in the 21st century.
Sacred Spaces meets to practice contemplative prayer each Tuesday night, 7.30 pm at the Church of Christ, 10 Bournemouth Crescent, Wembley Downs, Western Australia.
